About the event
After years of late-night sessions in studios, closets, and living rooms — and in spite of job losses, tech glitches, and a pandemic — Cece Yentzen's "While You Were Sleeping" is finally here, and will be launched in style December 11th at 6pm at the Sidecar Tasting Room in Dripping Springs.
This is an in-person event, but will also be livestreamed for those out of state listeners.
Sidecar is a Prohibition bar occupying an old house on 1/2 an acre on Old Fitzhugh Rd. It offers a cozy inside space and plenty of outdoor patio space.
The songs from the album will be performed starting at 6pm by the trio of Cece Yentzen, album producer Mark Abernathy and his son Yale Abernathy who also contributed to the album.
After the album release, Cece will continue playing favorite covers until 9pm
